Firing by Two Ranks, Musketeers Even with the Pike Block

| Commands: several in sequence, the first being: "Musketeers, foremost two ranks even with the front two ranks of pike." Musketeers should provide fire from alongside their pike if enemy pike or horse is within 50 meters of the pike block. Pikemen must have their pikes at the Advance posture and ranks closed forward to the distance of Order, ready to assume a Charge posture. Musketeers are within the protection of pike, yet still doing damage to the enemy.
