The re-enactment event was set in 1640, the 80 Years war.  The Spanish forces have seized the fort and the Dutch retake it.  The little photos below are links to larger renderings.

Living history camp of a Dutch re-enactment group.  This camp was, as you can see, quite popular with tourists.  Of interest are the tent poles.
